Dr. Dereje Bedane is a tropical medicine and clinical trial specialist with extensive experience coordinating multinational clinical trials and national epidemiological studies across Ethiopia. He currently serves as Trial Manager at the Armauer Hansen Research Institute. He brings deep expertise in trial operations, project management, and health systems strengthening. He oversees DMW's strategic direction and operational excellence across all engagements.

Dr. Mezgebu Selamsew is an Associate Professor of Internal Medicine at the University of Gondar and Head of the Clinical Trial Center. Dr. Mezgebu leads DMW's clinical operations and quality assurance activities. His deep understanding of patient care and research compliance ensures the highest standards across all studies.
